Converting a 5 page PDF into a Word document

Contest Brief

Due to some computer data loss I have my CV only in PDF and I need it in Word to keep on updating it. I tried already to convert it with 2 different tools, but it always results in a Word doc with the formatting messed up somehow, especially when trying to edit things. The CV contains a table and some pages in landscape mode. So either someone has got a better conversion tool than me, or it has to be typed again (which I do not have the time and patience for). Anyway, I need it exactly in the same layout and formatting as it is now, and it has to be able to accept updates (for example insertion of new line in the table etc.) without messing up the whole formatting (this was a main problem of some conversion tool from Adobe: also the doc came out nicely, it got messed up once I started deleting or adding something...). So this has to be tested extensively before sending it back to me. I am using Word 365 for Mac.
