PLEASE READ EVERYTHING
Im a plumbing contractor and, I need a template for my proposals, attached you will find a proposal prepared by another company with the look and feel Im looking for, and a proposal prepare by us with the customized fields I want, I need an skill designer who will take the information of both attachment and create a document as follows: first a cover page and an introduction page, with my company logo and some of our projects, in the background also my company information, and the information of the customer we are preparing the estimate for, and the project information, after that comes page 1.0 with an index of all of the pages in the proposal(the page title in the index will be linked to the corresponding page)/, then page: 1.1 General Scope of work /1.2 Sanitary drainage system estimated price /1.3 Hot and Cold water pipe system Estimated priced /1.4 installation of Fixtures estimated price /2.0 value Engineering Considerations (**Please see attached Value engineering form, do not use the one with-in: estimate by us attachment) /3.0 Not included Items /4.0 proposed fixtures estimated price / 4.1proposed fixtures Specifications (one page for each fixture just make one page where we can attach a picture of the fixture and spaces to fil-in the name, the model, the brand, the quantity and the price per unit ) we will then duplicate the pages in accordance to the number of different fixture on each project, /5.0 Drawings (bid set) a page where we can attache the provided plans on which we had based the different sections of our proposal and at the end some kind of signature line.

1-proposal template by others,
2-example of proposal by us (pages line up is not correct read above)
3-pictures of some of our projects
4-Value engineering form (example)
5- two versions of our logo. Please note the we used predominantly the color blue and a bid of red on our logo, the design of our proposal template most be the same, all of the pages (as long as the design allows it) most have our logo and the project information and they most be numbered according to the index feel free to contact me with any questions.     Guys I don't need you to redesign my logo, I love it the way it is, what I need you to do is to create a document, which I gonna use as a template to send proposals/estimates to my clients, I attached a full proposal created by another company as an example of what I need, also just a cover page is not enough information for me to decide whom I going to award the contest to
