Contest Brief

Looking to create a simple and modern website for my agency Instore.Link -
current website (instore.link) is rudimentary and needs a major upgrade.
preferred a modern site with a large picture/ video as home and navigation by either top header menu or by scrolling down to see flow of key sites.
initial content and structure as per attachment - I will later use wordpress to update and maintain.
happy to use an existing theme so we can focus on proper presentation and nice look & feel of the content and NOT on theme re-design.
responsive site. desktop and mobile. SEO optimized.
