Bleeding edge homegrown OS needs a new logo

Contest Brief

Please take a look at the site - www.prathamos.com . There is a logo present there. but we are looking for something looking same as that but way more elegant Or something very different.

In short - This is an Operating System ( much like Windows/ Ubuntu ).

The Logo needs to have PrathamOS mentioned on it , along with a symbol of sorts.

We are looking for the brand to represent Speed, Simplicity, staying current or always on the bleeding edge, Continuity or always building up and modularity.
Should be elegant, business colors ( preferably ) , but are open to ideas. ( Currently the logo has black and yellow ).
Also there is no need to keep the tagline.

Addition - I should have mentioned this earlier. The symbol that is present on the current logo is NOT the letter "P". I should have realized that it could be misinterpreted as P and should have clarified it earlier. It is actually 1( number ONE ) in Devanagri ( Hindi, Indian ) script. ( reference https://bit.ly/2Bv2tN2 ) .
The word Pratham and the number 1 both mean "First" and in this case signifies "The first Initiative", "A New Start" , "An original attempt" and so on.

"About the logo" section in the OS website will have the artist's reference(linkedin etc.) and design description. We are not just looking for a design. We wish to appreciate the value created by the individual to the platform.

Also this is the first building step. Opportunities for branding and the rest are to follow....
