Contest Brief

Hi - I have a 24-panel graphic novel idea I need illustrating.

A simple black and white sequence in noir / manga style.

I will provide panel descriptions and will some background images / ideas to make each panel quite rich.

I don't want / need to have space for script dialogue - it's not at that stage yet. It's about bringing the comic concept to life.

You would have quite some creative licence for this project - I want you to have fun whilst being able to successfully convey exactly what is happening in each panel without script.

I have limited budget so please let me know thoughts, price and availability.

Rådhuspladsen Square - Copenhagen
Raining and the square is wet
An attractive blond woman in black leather trenchcoat is being arrest by two copenhagen police officers (their police cars have pulled up to the scene) She's attractive but cool looking, despondent (not sad or scared or angry)
Next her a scooter (delivery box on the back) lies on its side
Out the back of the delivery box, a human organ box is on it's side and human organs in plastic bags are spilled across the square
Two men in white forensic suits (camera and poker) are inspecting the organs (like it's a murder case)
An ambulance is in the background
A few people are crowded around the scene watching

    Hi! am an architect/artist with more than 15 years of experience in art. I am interested in working on your comic, since manga style is exactly the style I am drawing in. However, for a 24 panel comic your budget is a bit low; unless you want a rough sketch for it and even then it is not enough. It should be double the price since the lowest a B/W 6-7 panel page goes around 100$ min.
