Re-Conditioned to a very high standard
Re-Ground crank
New Big end bearings
New Bottom end bearings
New Piston rings
New Gaskets
New Seals
New Piston Rings
Cylinder head fully cleaned, pressure tested, and skimmed
New Valve stem seals
Valves Re Seated
New water pump
Timed up, with new timing chain kit
The engine is then compression tested before sending.

All of our reconditioned gearboxes are fully stripped down and cleaned internally and externally
They are then rebuilt using specialist tools by our gearbox specialists on site.
We rebuild the box with Brand NEW genuine synchros, bearing, and seals,
The gearbox is then resealed and tested for operation.
