  Please check my updated entry ( #54 ). The Data Card is one page in size (A4). The EQ id will generate data in most of the cells (especially in the first part of the Data Card), for the others you have drop -down lists. The photo changes depending on the EQ id and you have a worksheet with instructions for pictures. You also have a conditional formatting for grades (green for A and B, yellow for C and D and red for E and F). I look forward for your feedback. Thank you.

  Hi there,
  I'm really excited by this contest and I'm working on my entry. As a former education administrator, I'm familiar with this type of situation. Actually, you would have a better apparatus for storing and processing your data if you used a MS Access database, but I'm working with your Excel file because I know many people are intimidated by Access, and Excel seems much more intuitive and user-friendly.
  My entry is coming soon, I just want to be sure I'm conforming to as many of your expectations as possible.

  Hello,
  Please check entry #3 with some of my print screens.
  You can use the EQ id to populate the cells for each student.
  I could figure out what you want in most cells, but I still have some questions:
  1. What personal details do you want me to include ? In the "Student Data Summary" you have 8 additional columns, but in "Data Card" you have just 6 cells.
  2. What data do you want to populate for "Year 7" in regards to "Reading", "Writing" and so on ?
  3. I am not sure what do you want to do in regards to the table with subjects and semesters, but in the way I presented makes sense for me.
  4. What do you want to populate in the table with "EAP" and "Verif" ?
  5. Do you want to populate the tables with "Support Strategies for student" and "QCAA Assessment Adjustments" ? I have no idea what data should I use in there.

  please clarify what is HUM in subject row in data card sheet and why there are only two subjects in sem 1 and sem 2 in data card and 3 subjects as per student data summary ,, and also why sem 1 and sem2 are repeated twice in data sheet

  I was reviewing the information and had some questions regarding the mapping of the information.
  1) What Student Details should be listed in the Personal Details section?
  2) How are the EAP and Verification section completed? Assuming the Goal for EAP will list a or b based on the value, but not sure how to fill in the date or other two columns.
  3) How are the LOA columns used as they don't seem to align with the Year/Sem section?
  4) Does anything need to be populated in Plans in place, Top Tier sections, and QCAA Assessment?
  5) Please provide more information on exported format (individual Excel Sheet in same/new workbook, PDF, ...)

     EQ_ID is student number; family and given name; year - what grade the student is in, gender, ATSI AIMS, ICP etc; this information I will have in the excel sheet that I populate; I need the plan to generate from data that I put into this excel sheet
