Contest Brief

Hello,
I am looking for help with designing business cards for a property management company.

I am attaching a logo of the company, which should be added to the business card design.

Requirements:
(1) Complying with standard Moo size (go here for size template: https://support.moo.com/hc/en-gb/sections/200570950)
(2) Looking good on matte paper (not glossy)
(3) Professional, elegant, modern... (no photographs please)
(4) two-sided
(5) Preferably 2, maximum 3 colours (not a rainbow...) - no black backgrounds (it needs to be possible to write with a pen on it)
(6) Including the following details:
